The community plan meets the Growth Plan requirements and takes advantage of the community’s setting to provide an array of housing forms that will meet the needs of a variety of ages and households.
With water courses to the south and west, nearby woodlots and wetlands and a golf course next door, this is a tremendous opportunity to create an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient green community.
